In the unlikely event that we missed the mark on your service, I offer adjustments within 10 days of the service. Products (excluding liters) may be exchanged for equal value within 2 weeks of purchase and mostly full. No refunds, all sales are final.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel, failure to do so will result in a 50% fee. All no show appts. will be charged 80% of the projected service total, $15 for consultation no shows.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late to a cut or 20 minutes late to a color will result in cancellation and no show fee. If you suspect you or a member or your household is sick, please notify me asap. Arriving sick will result in a no show fee and will be rescheduled.
